We have made a selection of books on reading and writing in PDF format, as it is a very relevant topic.

Reading and writing are the gateway to social and cultural processes that help the individual to integrate successfully into different systems.

Undoubtedly, a person who does not learn to read and write is not complete or, at least, misses out on many of the cultural references in which they are immersed.

The masterful teaching of both processes is fundamental in education and our collection of books on reading and writing in PDF format aims to contribute to this.

Interpretive reading and writing is the ability to read and write correctly and is a process that is largely left to the education systems during an individual’s early childhood. The infancy stage is ideal for initiating and completing both processes, although individuals at different stages have also achieved it.

Families and schools take advantage of the child’s brain plasticity to introduce them to the world of written words. Both processes, reading and writing, are very complex and mark the end of other previous processes such as attention, speech, comprehension, memory and the ability to symbolize.

There are several methods to teach writing and reading, and ideally both should be learned at the same time. Among them, the most common are:

Phonetic method: sequences of consonant and vowel sounds are combined to then build words. It goes from the parts to the whole.

Syllabic method: the minimum unit is the syllable, with combinations of vowels and consonants. Then words and phrases are constructed.

Global method: it starts with the whole word as a unit of meaning, accompanied by an image. For example, the Doman method.

Learn everything you need to help your little ones complete these important processes, with these more than 15 books on reading and writing in PDF format. Remember that you can download them for free from this section.
